January conversion & Creative Review for Small Food & Drink Brands
Find and fix the 3–5 biggest leaks in your online sales and get fresh creative to match. Limited to 5 brands in January, delivered in 2 weeks.
This is a limited offer for January as I Diamond I is still in pilot mode and we want to kick things off with some brands we know and love.
What we do in your 2‑week review
Conversion review – a practical review of your site and checkout, focused on how people actually buy your drinks.
Offer + main page refresh – rework of one key page (for example your flagship product, ‘shop’ page or a new club offer) with clearer structure and copy.
Subscription & LTV review – a simple look at your subscription offer (or potential offer) and basic LTV/retention metrics so you can see where the value is leaking.
Product page structure – a review into how to present your products, boxes or bundles so customers understand what they’re getting and why it’s worth it.
Email essentials – improved visuals, copy and structure for 2–3 key emails (welcome, abandoned checkout, first‑order follow‑up).
Free creative – design of a new hero section for your key page, plus 1–2 simple social/ad graphics to promote it.
Ideas bank – a prioritised list of next steps for the next 30–60 days.
What does £1,000 get you?
Normally this level of work would run to around £3,000+ of time. For this January pilot, it’s £1,000 for 5 brands we know and love.

How & Who
How it works?
Book your intro call – 30 minutes to check fit, choose your focus page/product, and lock in your slot.
We do the sprint – over 2 weeks, you get reviews, new copy, and creative. We keep things simple and practical.
Handover – we walk you through everything, answer questions, and talk about what to test next.
Who’s behind this?
I’m Laurence, I’ve spent 20 years working with brands and 6 years running a subscription box scheme at Soul Farm in Cornwall. I’ve seen how small tweaks to offer, page layout and emails can make the numbers work (or not) for small food and drink businesses.
Five spots. January only.

If you’re a South West drinks brand and this sounds useful, book a quick call. If it’s not a fit, you’ll still leave with one or two ideas to improve your site.
